Due to Covid PrettyGalCollectionz is not accepting returns on any hair products that is sold. It would be considered unsanitary and unsafe due to possible outcomes with the virus. Refunds are given if in any situation if there is an issue on my side of things.

Hair is being shipped internationally. This means shipping will take 6-8 buisness days for Brazilian hair (Extra fees may apply for further travel). 10-12 business days for those purchasing raw hair.

613 and Natural color are both fine to dye/bleach. It is recommended to use 613 hair to dye into other colors rather than originally the natural bundles/wig. Heat is fine to use! Please be sure to use heat protectant and the proper tools to dye/bleach the hair!

My bundles and wigs are 100% virgin human hair. Meaning treat the hair as it’s your own. Our bundles and wigs need some love too!!! For straight finer texture NOT TOO MUCH OIL! Please wash when you think necessary, but be sure to not over wash in which can cause dryness. Curlier/kinkier styles will require detangling, conditioning and curly hair products! Bleached/dyed hair will require color safe conditioners and shampoos! • always air dry • use heat protectant • comb hair out with wide comb with conditioner in it (start from bottom make way up) • Use boiling method to rejuvenate lace and cleanse the glue • always braid and wrap up at night
